About the Team

We are a group of student athletes from the University of California, Santa Barbara. We compete in a number of mountain biking and road events on a wide variety of levels, from collegiate A-D’s to non-collegiate Categories 3, 4, and 5. Our team of male and female graduate and undergraduate students is part of the Western Collegiate Cycling Conference, a division of USA Cycling. Our collegiate season runs from winter-spring, but we also enjoy racing during the summer, and of course riding as much as possible on the side! If you’d like to join on our group rides without joining the team, please check out our google group where we post the majority of our rides.

How to Join

Come check out the first meeting of the year, on Thursday September 26th at 8pm in HSSB 1174. If you are unable to make it, get in touch with one of our officers who can answer any questions you may have. We recommend that you join our google group, where we post information about rides, meeting times, and upcoming events. Anyone is more than welcome to come out on any ride that is posted just as long as you wear a helmet! We hold regular meetings on Thursdays at 8pm in HSSB 1174, but you should check the google group before you attend to make sure we have a scheduled meeting at that time. For more detailed information on team dues, rental bikes, etc., check out our FAQ page. For information on routes in the area, click on Routes.
